Stifel Nicolaus & Co. upgraded DR Horton, Inc. (NYSE:DHI), MDC Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:MDC), and PulteGroup Inc. (NYSE:PHM) from sell to hold Wednesday. The upgrades were based on valuation.
